We will make every effort to schedule a time suitable for you.  Occasionally our physicians have emergencies which may require a change in your appointment or a delay in our office.  We appreciate your patience and understanding should this situation occur.

Prior to your first appointment, you will be given forms to complete which provide vital medical history for your physician along with other information to help our office serve you better.  We will also attempt to secure copies of your previous cardiac medical records to assist our physicians with your diagnosis and treatment.

Office Hours
Our offices are open from 9 am to 5 pm with our telephones being answered from 9 am to 4 pm. One of our physicians is always on call for any after-hour emergency needs which may arise.

Prescription Refills
It is important to plan ahead and anticipate your medication needs.  When your medicine is low, please contact your pharmacist for refills allowing the pharmacist enough time to check with your doctor for any needed authorizations.

Please allow a minimum of 48 hours for the refill process.
